You can cancel a paid Tensor.chat subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then your plan stays active. Free accounts have nothing to cancel.
Opens your subscription page (Stripe customer portal). Choose Cancel subscription there and confirm; you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.
Send an e-mail from the address of your Tensor.chat account to hig5hleader@gmx.de with the subject "Cancel my Tensor.chat subscription". Please state the e-mail address of your account and, if you like, the date you want the cancellation to take effect (otherwise: end of the current billing period). We confirm every cancellation by e-mail.
Withdrawal within 14 days of purchase (Widerruf) is described in Section 11 of our Terms of Service.
